Irene Milhorn, CEO

Irene Milhorn has built an accomplished career spanning multiple disciplines, with a strong focus on web design, web development, and customer service.

She has consulted for Fortune 500 companies in California, including Genentech, Roche, Agilent Technologies, California Academy of Sciences, GoGrid, and Magellan. She later expanded her work by opening an additional location in Phoenix and contracting with Arizona State University, Tallwave, and other large organizations.

Irene’s path includes several meaningful seasons of life—among them, being a stay-at-home mother while raising three children, and attending university full-time to earn her multimedia degree. Throughout each stage, she has remained highly motivated, taking pride in her craft and ensuring her clients have what they need to grow and succeed.

With a natural eye for aesthetics, Irene brings an artistic sensibility to everything she builds. Her creativity showed early on, earning awards in various events as a child. She also began coding in HTML in 1996, during the early days of the World Wide Web, and has continued to evolve her technical skills and career ever since.

Outside of work, Irene plays electric guitar and piano, enjoys riding her Harley Softail Fat Boy with her husband, and travels whenever she can. She also believes strongly in giving back to the community and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Adrienne Hefter, Creative Director

For over 22 years, Adrienne Hefter has worked as a web developer and designer. She has worked in-house and remotely on projects for large corporations, agencies, small companies and independent consultants, updating and creating web sites.

Adrienne learned to hand code HTML during the Internet’s infancy. While studying at San Francisco State University, she took early classes in HTML programming and web expression. Instead of painting, she learned to use technology to create art. After graduating, these new HTML skills led directly to building websites for small businesses. Twenty odd years later, Adrienne builds beautiful, clean and well organized websites using WordPress.

She likes to be involved in all stages of a digital project, from conception, through the build and beyond to maintenance. Adrienne can jump into a project at any stage. If you are starting from scratch, redesigning or just modifying a website, she is ready to help you in whatever way you may need.

Originally, she had planned to use her degrees in Art History and Industrial Design to work in Museums but fell in love with web design. Adrienne loves partnering with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to help build and grow their online presence.
